Conversion from panel van to Motor home formally inspected and approved by DVLA in December 2006. Vehicles V5/Log book states body type as “MOTORCARAVAN”.

- Saloon walls & ceiling lined with 25 mm poly foam insulation board & 7 mm plywood, attached to timber frame.

- Vehicle has been partially re-sprayed at some point with less than perfect paint colour matching in places, particularly between the cab area and the rear.
- There are some paintwork scratches to the n/s rear panel & small dent to o/s rear.
- There are signs of superficial corrosion in places, particularly around the top of the side door aperture and rear door windows.
- There is some wear in the power steering system resulting in a small amount of play in the steering (this is a common problem with LDV’s, the power steering box has been replaced with used part in 2006 but some wear/play still exists).
- Diaphragm water pump (for sink) has small intermittent leak (does not effect function) .
Cab heater hot/cold control mechanism fault. (believe it needs new cable, but temperature can be easily adjusted by manually opening/closing the heater valve in the passenger foot well).
- Side sliding door fits poorly at bottom right corner (does not affect operation or seal).
- Normal associated running noise of large commercial vehicle diesel engine that has covered 104k miles.
